Summer Camp Waitlist Policy

Families may join the waitlist for any full Summer Camp week at no cost. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN A WAITLIST, AND ALSO REGISTER FOR OPEN WEEKS, YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT THIS FORM SEPARATELY FOR EACH.

Families may select:

Specific week(s) they wish to waitlist for
fill out a second form if you also wish to register for an open week

Waitlist spots are offered in the order requests are received.

If a spot becomes available in the waistlisted week:

The next family on the waitlist will be contacted

Families have 24 hours to accept the spot and
- submit the required $100 registration deposit OR
- reserve their Step Up funds

If the spot is not accepted and the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the spot will be offered to the next family on the waitlist.

The $100 deposit is applied toward camp tuition once enrollment is confirmed.
